My name is Adam Hargreaves and after 17 years of experience as a chef and head of international menu development for one of the world's largest catering organisations I have put together a package of flavoured butters made of the finest combination of ingredients.

There are currently four types of butters available:

  • The Niçoise Butter which is ideal for all savoury Mediterranean dishes
  • The Asiatique Butter has the building blocks for all Asian fusion
  • The Anchois Butter works well with classic French, Italian, Spanish and even as an element for North African dishes
  • The Meunière Butter fits perfectly with any global fayre that uses garlic and herbs in its recipe.

  • Free up valuable cupboard space form dried spices and herbs

All butters have been designed with dietary specific needs in mind and are suitable for wheat Free, low salt, Meat-free, Diabetic and all except the Anchois Butter are suitable for vegetarians (unless of course you are a fish eating veggie!).

So whether you are using them simply to accompany bread with canapés or tapas, using it as a building block, a cooking catalyst or a finisher/sauce to a dish, you will be amazed at the simplicity and effectiveness of each flavour!.
