What you’ll Need

- 1 x large potato
- 1 x Asiatique butter cube
- Salt


Method of preparation and cooking

Take the potato, wash under a cold tap and dab-dry with a kitchen towel Then place onto a shallow baking tray and cover with salt, don’t worry about your salt levels, as this will be brushed off after baking Now place onto the middle shelf of the oven, gas mark 200/6 and leave to cook for 60 minutes, before turning the oven down to 150/4 for a further 30 minutes, making it 90 minutes in total Once cooked bring the tray out of the oven, dust off the excess salt and make an indentation of a cross in the middle of the potato with a sharp knife, before pushing up at both ends of the potato…to create a fluffy mound of potato, in which to place the Asiatique butter cube. Finally serve in a bowl on its own, or with a simple mixed leaf salad and enjoy!
