What you’ll Need

- Meduim pack (500g approx) of minced beef
- 2 x nicoise butter cubes
- 2 x tablespoons of olive oil
-Salt & pepper

Method of preparation and cooking

Place everything into a bowl and mix the ingredients until thoroughly combined Now place in the hand and roll around until you have the desired burger shape Next place into a dry frying pan and put onto a medium to high flame and cook for five minutes on each side, if you like your burgers well done, then another two minutes per side should do. Additionally, if you are BBQ-ing, then four minutes per side is perfect, please note, the thicker the burger the more cooking time you will need I don’t need to tell you the best way to enjoy a burger, but ciabatta works well as the bun and if you are feeling more adventurous, why not use some Serrano ham or chorizo to give the burger a bit of an edge, why sticking to the Spanish theme
