What you’ll Need
- Pack of large Portabello or field mushrooms
- 2 x meuniere butter cubes
- Salt & Pepper
Method of preparation and cooking
First take the mushroom and place face down in a dry frying pan on a medium heat. After cooking for 6 minutes, turn over the mushroom.
Now place the butter centrally in each of the mushrooms and allow to melt, while the other side is cooking for a further six minutes
Either serve as a starter, part of a main course or simply wrap the raw mushrooms with the butter into individual foil parcels and put on the BBQ, with a cooking time of 8 minutes, making sure they are turned regularly and often
