What you’ll Need
- 6 x medium sized eggs
- Couple of slices of thinly cut smoked salmon
- 2 x Anchois butter cubes
- Two slices of brown bread
- Salt & Pepper
Method of preparation and cooking
Take the size eggs, crack them into a bowl and some salt and pepper, before beating together
Now take the Anchois butter and place into a pan on a medium heat
Once the butter has melted add the beaten eggs and cook on a slow heat, making sure you whisk until scrambled
While the egg is cooking, toast two slices of bread and place onto a plate, then lay the smoked salmon on top, before placing the scrambled egg on top…if you want to make the egg stand, rather than loose. place the scrambled egg into a ramekin dish, pat with a spoon and then turn out onto the toast and salmon, as the picture shows.
